Inclusion Criteria:
- Older than 18 year.
- APACHEⅡ score≥8
Exclusion Criteria:
- Hypercortisolism
- Thyroid disease
- Tracheoesophageal fistula
- FiO2>60 or PEEP>12cm H2O in mechanical ventilate
- Pregnancy
