Inclusion Criteria:
- Pre-surgical total knee arthroplasty patients
Exclusion Criteria:
- Skin infection near block site
- Allergy to local anesthetics
- Peripheral neuropathy
- Proven opioid dependency
- Coagulopathy
- Dementia
