Inclusion Criteria:
- Caucasian healthy male subjects
- Body mass index (BMI) 19 to 25 kg/m2
- Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
- Anaemia
- Diabetes mellitus
- Gastrointestinal diseases or operations interacting with intestinal absorption
