Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- 18.5 < BMI < 30 kg/m2
- Engagement in regular physical activity ( > 1 h a week)
Exclusion Criteria:
- Use of medication
- Smoking
- Currently supplementing diet with nitrate
- Lactose intolerance
