Inclusion Criteria:
- Minimum standards of physical activity proposed by the ACSM
- Perform running activity at high intensities (HIT)
Exclusion Criteria:
- No cardiovascular problems, respiratory or metabolic
- No muscle or joint injuries
- Not to use drugs or ergogenic resources
