Inclusion Criteria:
- elective cesarean delivery under spinal,
- low risk for post partum hemorrhage,
- able to understand english
Exclusion Criteria:
- cesarean under general anesthesia,
- bleeding condition,
- placenta previa,
- unable to understand english
