Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II undergoing orotracheal intubation for elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
- cervical spine injury
- rapid sequence induction
- body mass index> 35 kg/m2
- airway pathology
