Inclusion Criteria:
- TCC practitioners in a TCC training center in Taiwan over 50 years of age
- Healthy subjects without TCC experience over 50 years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
- Subjects who had major cardiopulmonary disease
- Subjects who have diabetes mellitus, renal or liver disease
