Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension undergoing elective TIPS placement
- ASAⅠ~Ⅲ
Exclusion Criteria:
- Patients with portal vein thrombosis and vein-to-vein communications
- Refusal of consent
- Presence of allergy to fentanyl
