Description
Inclusion Criteria:
- Children aged 60-72 months
- Enrollment in preschool education
- Attendance at participating preschool institutions
- Parental consent for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria:
- Children with diagnosed developmental or neurological disorders that could affect attention performance
- Irregular attendance during the intervention process
- Failure to complete pre-test or post-test assessments

Experimental: Mindfulness Education Programme Group
Participants in this group received the Mindfulness Education Programme for 8 weeks, twice a week, in addition to the regular preschool education curriculum.

The Mindfulness Education Programme was developed for preschool children aged 60-72 months and implemented over an 8-week period, twice a week.
The programme consisted of 32 integrated activities focusing on breath awareness, body awareness, sensory awareness, emotional awareness, attention and concentration, self-awareness, self-compassion, and gratitude.
Activities were designed according to the developmental characteristics of preschool children and were implemented in addition to the regular preschool education curriculum.

Participants in this group continued the regular preschool education curriculum without receiving the Mindfulness Education Programme or any additional intervention.
