Beskrivelse
Inklusionskriterier:
- Mænd og kvinder i alderen 18-60
- Skal have en historie med uspecifikke rygsmerter (ikke på grund af nogen kendt patologi, f.eks. diskusprolaps eller diskusdegenerativ sygdom), som i øjeblikket ikke er irriteret og ikke har været det inden for de sidste 8 uger
- Skal være tilgængelig i 3 sammenhængende timer
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Patienter med en kendt årsag til deres rygsmerter
- Patienter, der har haft en opblussen af symptomer inden for de sidste 8 uger
- Patienter, der i øjeblikket er under genoptræning, eller som har modtaget manuel behandling inden for de sidste 8 uger.
- Patienter, der dagligt tager medicin mod smerter
- Gravid kvinde
- Større medicinske tilstande: frakturer, degenerativ arthritis, inflammatoriske lidelser, ankyloserende spondylitis, multipel sklerose, kræft, lammelse slagtilfælde eller nylig hjernerystelse.
- Eventuelle andre forhold, der ville forhindre deltageren i at gennemføre evalueringen
