Inklusionskriterier:
- AML med ikke-gunstig risiko
- I CR-1 eller efterfølgende CR
- Gennemført mindst én cyklus med konsolideringskemoterapi
- Indsamling af mindst 2x106/kg CD34+ celler
- KPS på 70 % eller mere
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Modtog forsøgsmiddel inden for 4 uger efter første dosis
- Forudgående kemoterapi, strålebehandling inden for 2 uger efter første dosis
- Overfølsomhed over for pembrolizumab eller et eller flere af dets hjælpestoffer
- Modtaget tidligere behandling med anti-PD-1-, anti-PD-L1- eller anti-PD-L2-middel
