Inklusionskriterier:
- Sunde emner fra begge køn
- Mild til moderat trængsel
- Optimal mundhygiejne
- Maksimalt tre restaurerede tænder
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Tilstedeværelse af emaljehypoplasi eller hypokalcifikation,
- Enhver spytkirtelsygdom eller medicinbrug, der påvirker spytstrømmen
- Forsøgspersoner, der bruger anden fluor end 1450 ppm fluortandpasta.
