Inkluderingskriterier:
- PA Conccurent med eller uden autonom cortisol -sekretion
- Komplet adrenalektomi
- Komplet ACTH -stimuleringstest på den ene dag efter operationen
- Komplet opfølgning efter 6 0,12 måneder efter operationen
Ekskluderingskriterier:
- Patienter gennemgik delvis adrenalektomi
- Mistanke om familiær hyperaldosteronisme eller Liddle -syndrom. [dvs. alder <20 år, hypertension og hypokalæmi eller med familiehistorie]
- Mistanke om pheochromocytoma eller binyrecarcinom.
- Kongestiv hjertesvigt med New York Heart Association (NYHA) funktionel klassificering III eller IV; Historie om alvorlig hjerte -kar -eller cerebrovaskulær sygdom (angina, myokardieinfarkt eller slagtilfælde) i de sidste 3 måneder; Alvorlig anæmi (Hb <60G/L); Alvorlig leverdysfunktion eller kronisk nyresygdom aspartataminotransferase (AST) eller alanintransaminase (ALT)> 3 gange den øvre grænse for normal eller estimeret glomerulær filtreringshastighed (EGFR) <30 ml/min/1,73 m2); Systemisk inflammatorisk respons syndrom (SIRS); Ukontrolleret diabetes (FBG≥13.3 mmol/l); Fedme (BMI≥35 kg/m2) eller undervægt (BMI≤18 kg/m2); Ubehandlet aneurisme; Anden komorbiditet, der potentielt forstyrrer behandlingen;
- Patienter med aktivt ondartet tumor.
- Langsigtet brug af glukokortikoider.
- Mistænkt PBMAH eller PPNAD;

Tidsramme: the one day after surgery, or 1 and 4 weeks after surgery, or 3 or 6 months after surgery

The patients will be completed ACTH stimulation test at 1 and 4 weeks after surgery.
If serum cortisol > 390nmol/l 60 minutes after ACTH continuous infusion,the patients will be considered as recovery
