Beschreibung
Einschlusskriterien:
- Fähigkeit, das schriftliche Einverständnisformular (ICF) zu verstehen und bereit zu sein, es zu unterzeichnen. Bei pädiatrischen Patienten muss ein Elternteil oder Erziehungsberechtigter die ICF unterzeichnen
- Entweder ein Nieren- oder Lebertransplantationspatient: 1) auf der Warteliste oder 2) transplantiert
- Es wurden Proben gesunder Freiwilliger gesammelt, die als Kontrollgruppe für statistische Validität dienen
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Unfähigkeit, alle erforderlichen Langzeitbesuche nach der Transplantation durchzuführen.
- Frauen, die schwanger sind oder ein Kind stillen
- Leberpatienten mit Hepatitis-C-Virus

Blutentnahme vor und nach einer Nierentransplantation
Zeitfenster: 1,3,6,12,18,24,36,48 und 60 Monate
|
Nierentransplantationspatienten wird vor und nach der Transplantation Blut entnommen (1, 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 und 60 Monate nach der Transplantation).
Wir werden versuchen, die Rolle spezifischer B-Zellen nach einer Nierentransplantation mithilfe des Enzymimmunoassays (ELISA) besser zu verstehen.

B-Zellen-Anzahl
Zeitfenster: Bis zu 60 Monate
|
Für jeden Patienten werden wir die Häufigkeit von Zellen aus jeder B-Zell-Untergruppe innerhalb der gesamten mononukleären Zellen des peripheren Blutes (PBMNCs) anhand der MACSQuant-Zellzahlen messen.
Die Verteilung der B-Zell-Untergruppen innerhalb des gesamten B-Zell-Pools wird ebenfalls bestimmt.
Die mittlere Fluoreszenzintensität (MFI) der Aktivierungsmarker (CD86 und CD69) auf B-Zellen wird ebenfalls über die Proben hinweg verglichen.
