Einschlusskriterien:
- Patienten ≥ 18 Jahre
- ABl. bösartigen Ursprungs (Pankreaskopf oder periampullärer Tumor)
- Gesamtbilirubinspiegel ≥ 40 μmol pro Liter
- Unterschriebene schriftliche Einverständniserklärung
Ausschlusskriterien:
- Nachgewiesene Metastasierung
- Nicht resezierbarer Tumor
- Neoadjuvante Chemotherapie
- Koexistierende Malignität
- Schwangerschaft
- Patienten, die nicht für eine Resektion geeignet sind
