Experimental: Group A: Wrist heavy slow resistance exercises with hot pack.
Hot pack applied to target muscles (depending on requirement of patient like wrist and finger extensors) with 15-20 minutes duration Treatment: Wrist heavy slow resistance exercises performed with the help of weights by stabilizing the hand on the table.
As the repetitions will got increased, as the weight will decrease.
Sessions conducted 3 times/week for 6 weeks.
