La description
Critère d'intégration:
• Homme ou femme, enfants et adolescents âgés de 7 à 17 ans
- Diagnostiqué avec un statut migraineux ou une céphalée quotidienne chronique réfractaire selon les critères de l'International Headache Society (ICHD-II). (Une migraine débilitante qui dure plus de 72 heures ou un mal de tête qui dure des heures ou peut être continu survenant > 15 jours par mois pendant > 3 mois.)
- Aucun antécédent d'aromathérapie / utilisation d'huiles essentielles
- Capable de lire, comprendre et compléter les procédures d'étude. Capable de lire et de remplir toutes les mesures subjectives en anglais
- Sont suffisamment alertes pour être évalués et communiquer
- Doit être conforme aux soins médicaux de routine et capable d'effectuer des procédures liées à l'étude
- Fournir le consentement éclairé écrit du parent/tuteur légal et l'assentiment de l'enfant conformément aux règlements de la CISR
Critère d'exclusion:
• Sensibilité connue aux huiles essentielles
- Antécédents de fibrillation cardiaque
- Antécédents de déficit en G6PD
- Antécédents d'asthme non contrôlé (respiration sifflante actuelle et active)
- Antécédents de diabète, hypertension artérielle, épilepsie,
- Limitations inflammatoires ou sensorielles des membres inférieurs ou lésions concomitantes du ou des pieds
- Antécédents passés ou concomitants de déficience olfactive
- Utilisation concomitante de propanolol
- Tabagisme
- Hépatotoxicité
- Grossesse
