Criterio di inclusione:

  • Pazienti adulti con recente insorgenza di sepsi grave o presenza di un'infezione sospetta o comprovata e almeno una disfunzione d'organo indotta.

Criteri di esclusione:

  • Sono indicati per il trattamento con drotrecogin alfa (attivato) secondo l'etichetta applicabile nel paese del sito sperimentale.
  • Sono controindicati per il trattamento con drotrecogin alfa (attivato) secondo l'etichetta applicabile nel paese del sito sperimentale.
  • Conta piastrinica inferiore a 30.000/mm3.
