AdvAdh は 3 つの個別のセッション (研究月 0、3、6) で構成されています -- 患者中心の、判断力のない、動機付けの面接および理論に基づいた、半構造化された、簡潔で率直な、訓練を受けた臨床ケア看護師との会話です。カウンセリング(NSC)アプローチ。
介入の目標: 1) 抗レトロ ウイルス治療 (ART) (HIV と抗レトロ ウイルスのメカニズム) とそれに関する精神的イメージの開発に関する正確な情報。 2) 薬物使用の持続性に挑戦する可能性のある日常生活や現在の生活状況の文脈で、ARTレジメンを実践する際の安心感と有効性を促進する。 3) スキルの特定、改良により、さまざまな状況や困難な状況で自分の ART 養生法を順守しやすくなります。

HAART アドヒアランス レベルの変化 (HIV RNA および CD4 数)
時間枠:研究月6および12で分析されたデータ
|
HAART遵守を監視し、ベースラインと比較して6ヶ月目と12ヶ月目に変化を記録し、AdvAdh介入群と対照群との間で比較する。
効果の評価には、回帰分析が使用されます。
2 つの研究グループで HIV-1 RNA レベルが 50 コピー/mL 未満の患者の割合は、ベースライン時と 6、12 か月目に測定されます。元の log10 HIV-1 RNA レベルからの変化と分化群 4 (CD4) 数を 6、12 か月で比較します。HIV-1 RNA レベル < 50 コピー/mL および HAART アドヒアランス > 95% の達成に関連する要因は次のとおりです。評価した。
