- 年齢≧80歳
- 胸部感染症の抗生物質を開始しました
- プロカルシトニンはJ0抗生物質治療を行いました
- 社会保障関係者
除外基準:
- リステリア属菌、レジオネラ菌、結核菌の後に細菌による感染が記録されている患者
- ウイルスまたは寄生虫による感染が記録されている患者(出血熱、マラリアなど)
- 血管内感染に関連する患者(心内膜炎、ペースメーカー。 血管内カテーテル)
- 入院時に肺膿瘍を合併している患者 慢性感染症を合併している患者
- 重度の免疫抑制(HIVまたは移植)のある患者
- 緩和患者
- 看護ユニットへの入院から 24 時間以内の死亡。
- 慢性感染症に対する抗生物質治療の存在。
- 後見人、保佐人、またはその他の行政上または司法上の措置、または権利または自由の剥奪を受けている患者
- 同意なしに入院した患者

実験的:プロカルシトニン
2 日ごとに、彼らは PCT の投与を受け、アルゴリズム 2 に従って抗生物質治療を中止することを決定します。彼らは、電子機器およびすべての有害事象報告フォームで臨床評価の結果を通知します。
