- 연령 ≥ 80세
- 흉부 감염에 대한 항생제 시작
- 프로칼시토닌 J0 항생제 치료 시행
- 사회보장에 소속된 사람
제외 기준:
- Listeria spp, Legionella pneumophilia, Mycobacterium tuberculosis 후 세균 감염이 기록된 환자
- 바이러스 또는 기생충 감염이 기록된 환자(예: 출혈열, 말라리아)
- 혈관내 감염과 관련된 환자(심내막염, 페이스메이커. 혈관내 카테터)
- 입국 시 관련된 폐 농양이 있는 환자 관련된 만성 감염이 있는 환자
- 중증 면역억제 환자(HIV 또는 이식)
- 완화 환자
- 요양원 입소 후 24시간 이내 사망.
- 만성 감염에 대한 항생제 치료의 존재.
- 후견인, 큐레이터 또는 기타 행정적 또는 사법적 조치를 받거나 권리 또는 자유를 박탈당하는 환자
- 동의 없이 입원한 환자

2일마다 PCT를 투여하고 알고리즘 2에 따라 항생제 치료를 중단하기로 결정합니다. 임상 평가 결과를 전자 장치 및 모든 부작용 보고서 양식에 알립니다.
