詳細な説明
研究を実施する前に、インドネシア大学医学部の倫理委員会から承認を得た。
集中治療医によって監督された 20 人の患者の IVC を評価することにより、USG オペレーターに対して検証と信頼性テストが行われました。
被験者には、研究に参加する前にインフォームド コンセントが与えられました。
被験者は仰臥位で胸部 X 線検査を受けた。
VPW の測定は放射線科医によって行われ、値が 53 ± 5 mm の場合は正常、VPW > 71 mm の場合は過負荷と見なされます。
次に被験者は、USG Philips En Visor C を使用して、経胸郭下アプローチで IVC 直径測定を受けました。
IVC の直径が 1.5 ~ 2.5 cm の場合、結果は正常と見なされ、>2.5 cm の場合は過負荷であると見なされます。それ以外の場合、被験者は除外されます。
IVC を行うことができない場合、被験者は除外されます。

下大静脈の直径は、Philips En Visor C USG を使用して、右肝痛の遠位と下大静脈の合流点から測定されます。

ACTIVE_COMPARATOR:血管茎の幅 (VPW)
仰臥位の胸部 X 線が行われ、VPW は放射線科医によって評価されます。

VPW は、上大静脈が右気管支と交差する点に垂直な大動脈からの左鎖骨下動脈の出口点から線を引くことによって測定されます。
