詳細な説明: 情報通信技術 (ICT) の進歩に伴い、インスタント メッセージング アプリケーション (IM アプリ、 WhatsApp および WeChat) は、健康増進のための同期的でパーソナライズされたインタラクティブな介入を提供するために使用できます。 この研究では、喫煙者の SC を増加させるための投薬なしで、テスト済みの短時間禁煙 (SC) 介入モデルを AWARD から e-AWARD (AWARD: Ask、Warn、Advise、Refer、Do-it-again) に強化するために IM アプリを適用することを提案します。香港の喫煙ホットスポットで積極的に採用されました。 そのような喫煙者は多数派であり、禁煙率は低いです。 IM Apps を使用すると、トレーニングを受けた SC アドバイザーが積極的にパーソナライズされた SC アドバイスを提供し、喫煙者のニーズに迅速に対応し、心理社会的サポートを提供できます。 PubMed、Cochrane Library、および治験レジストリ (ClinicalTrials.gov) には、同様の治験はありません。 & ISRCTN) (この研究のパイロット試験を除く)。 この研究の目的は次のとおりです。

- 毎日タバコを吸う 18 歳以上の成人喫煙者。
- 吐き出された一酸化炭素 (CO) レベルが 4ppm 以上。
- IM アプリ (WhatsApp) を搭載したスマートフォンを所有しており、使用経験があること。
- 香港在住で、中国語(広東語または普通話)で読み書きできる方。
除外基準:
- 精神医学的/心理的疾患を患っているか、定期的に向精神薬を服用している喫煙者。
- SC 薬、NRT、その他の SC サービスまたはプロジェクトを使用している喫煙者。

ベースラインでは、AWARD モデルに従った簡単な禁煙アドバイスが約 2 ~ 5 分以内に被験者に配信されます。
ベースライン時に、喫煙のリスク、喫煙関連疾患の写真、および香港で提供される禁煙サービスに関する情報を含む A5 サイズのリーフレットが被験者に渡されます。
ベースラインでは、被験者は香港で禁煙サービスを求めるように勧められます。
被験者が同意した場合、彼らの連絡先情報は優先サービス プロバイダーに送信され、迅速な予約とフォローアップが行われます。
ベースラインの 12 週間後に、禁煙日を思い出させ、禁酒を奨励するために、事前に設定された合計 26 のメッセージが WhatsApp を通じて被験者に送信されます。
メッセージは、社会的認知理論と超理論モデルに従って、被験者の社会人口学的特性と喫煙習慣に基づいて調整されます。
メッセージは、1 週間 (禁煙日の前後の 1 週間) は 1 日 1 回、4 週間 (禁煙日の前後 2 週間) は週 3 回、残りの 7 週間は週 1 回のスケジュールで送信されます。 .
スケジュールは、禁煙日と喫煙者の要望に応じて調整されます。
通常のメッセージの形式は、主にテキストベースですが、写真、アニメーション、ビデオも含まれます。
ベースラインから 3 か月間、トレーニングを受けた禁煙アドバイザーが WhatsApp を介してパーソナライズされたインタラクティブなテキストまたは音声会話を提供します。
アドバイザは、会話を開始するために定期的に積極的に対象者にメッセージを送信します (例:
