実験的:ターゲットバレエプログラム

すべてのクラスは、すべての参加者にとって便利な設定されたスケジュールで提供されます。
クラスは、幅広いダンストレーニングの専門知識を持つPIによって教えられます。
ターゲットを絞ったバレエプログラムは、椅子に座った状態での最初のダンスの動き (20 分)、続いて健康と障害に関するダンスの神経科学研究室 (20 分) の壁に取り付けられたバレエのバールを保持するエクササイズ (20 分)、続いて機関車のダンスで構成されます。動き(20分)。
