この研究の目的は、ウェブベースの認知代償、主に記憶スキル、トレーニング コースを作成することです。このトレーニング コースはモバイル デバイスで配信され、エアロバイクでの使用と互換性があり、記憶と機能能力に対するその有効性をテストします。
参加者は、(1) サンタモニカのパシフィック ブレイン ヘルス センター (プロビデンス セント ジョンズ ヘルス センターと提携している大規模な医師医療グループ内の大量の記憶ケアおよび認知症の外来診療所)、(2) 参加者への広告から募集されます。 (3) 関心のある個人が治験コーディネーターに連絡できるようにするウェブサイトのランディング ページの確立。 最大 5 名の参加者がコースのベータ テスターになります。 彼らは、コースの切り詰められたバージョンを受け取り、詳細なフィードバックを提供します。 30 人の参加者が 2 つのグループのいずれかにランダムに割り当てられます。 グループ 1 (コントロール アーム) は、(Fitbit を介して) 身体活動レベルを継続的に監視します。 参加者は、インフォームド コンセント フォーム (ICF) に署名する前に、実験的研究被験者の権利章典を受け取り、保護された健康情報 (PHI) の使用と開示の承認、および被験者の担当医師の医療記録公開の承認を、研究に登録する前の各参加者。 署名されたすべての ICF のコピーが参加者に渡され、研究者は原本を保持します。

- -被験者は、インフォームドコンセントの時点で50〜80歳でなければなりません。
- 被験者は、この研究への登録から6か月以内に臨床評価の記録を提供するか、スクリーニング時に研究スタッフによる簡単な記憶評価を行うことにより、aMCI診断を確認する必要があります。
- この研究への介入は現在英語でのみ利用可能であるため、被験者は、同意および研究参加のために英語の話し言葉および書き言葉に堪能である必要があります。
- 病状のある被験者は、これらの状態に対して安定している必要があります。 服薬管理が安定している。
- 被験者は、支援の有無にかかわらず、コンピューターと Web インターフェイスを使用できる必要があります。 支援が必要な場合は、すぐに利用できる必要があります。

除外基準
- -被験者は、神経変性障害の既存の診断を受けてはなりません(例:アルツハイマー病、レビー小体型認知症、前頭側頭型認知症)。
- 被験者は、重大な心血管疾患、重大な呼吸器疾患、病気または怪我、薬物乱用、統合失調症、双極性障害、またはその他の神経疾患を含む、認知および運動能力に影響を与える可能性のある事前の診断を受けてはなりません。
- 被験者は、以前のミニメンタルステート試験(MMSE)のスコアが 19 未満であってはなりません。
- -被験者は、以前の臨床認知症評価(CDR)のグローバルスコアが2以上であってはなりません。
- -被験者は、モントリオール認知評価(MoCA)43スコアが以前またはスクリーニング評価中に18未満であってはなりません。
- 被験者は、研究臨床神経心理学者の最善の判断に基づいて、スクリーニングでaMCIから認知症への進行を示してはなりません。
- 被験者は現在、スクリーニング時に国際身体活動アンケート(IPAQ)によって評価されるように、研究開始前に高レベルの身体活動に参加してはなりません。
- 被験者は、早歩きやスクリーニング時にパートナーにボールを渡す/蹴るなど、中程度の強度の有酸素運動に参加できないことを支持してはなりません。
