- 受试者在知情同意时年龄必须在 50 至 80 岁之间。
- 受试者必须通过提供参加本研究后 6 个月内的临床评估记录或通过研究人员在筛选时进行的简短记忆评估来确认 aMCI 诊断。

- 受试者以前的简易精神状态检查 (MMSE) 分数不得低于 19。
- 受试者以前的临床痴呆评分 (CDR) 总分不得≥2。
- 受试者之前或筛选评估期间的蒙特利尔认知评估 (MoCA)43 分数不得低于 18。
- 根据研究临床神经心理学家的最佳判断,受试者不得在筛选时证明 aMCI 进展为痴呆。
- 根据筛选时国际体育活动问卷 (IPAQ) 的评估,受试者目前不得在研究开始前参加高水平的体育活动。
- 受试者不得承认他们无法参加中等强度的有氧运动,例如快走或在筛选时向伙伴传球/踢球。
