これは、対照群と介入群による準実験研究です。
研究集団は、乳癌と診断された 18 歳以上の患者で、管理を受けており、現在は寛解段階 (化学療法と放射線療法による管理を終了してから 1 年以上) にあり、その治療に対する医学的禁忌を報告していない。身体活動の実践(狭心症、急性心筋梗塞、肺塞栓症、動脈性高血圧および制御不能な真性糖尿病、重度のリンパ浮腫)。 対照群は、コロンビア国立がん研究所での健康診断を受ける患者であり、介入群は、ボゴタの医療サービスの単位によってケアされている患者です。 各病院の倫理委員会の書面による承認が必要です。
身体活動セッションに定期的に参加することの受容性と主な動機を調査する探索的研究であるため、対照群の 30 人および介入群の 30 人のサンプルが、心に留めておくべき必要な情報を提供できると考えられます。将来、より重要なサンプルサイズで研究を開発する。

|
私の体は、社会的認知理論と自己決定理論に基づいた行動介入でした。
議論と文献のシステマティック レビューに基づいて、8 週間、週 3 回のルンバ身体活動介入を設計しました。
介入の目標は、すべての参加者の身体活動レベルを徐々に上げて、有意な健康効果を達成することでした。
身体活動への介入の一環として、参加者は各クラスでインストラクターから、身体活動への参加を増やし、維持するために行動および認知的自己調整スキルを活用する方法についても教えられました。
そのようなスキルの例としては、行動計画、対処計画、対抗条件付け、自己評価などが挙げられます。

8 週間でベースライン参加者の身体活動レベルからの変化を評価するために、参加者は起床時から就寝時まで 7 日間連続して加速度計を着用し、右腋窩線の腰の周りに伸縮性のあるベルトを使用しました。
装着時間の検証には、平日は最低 4 日、週末は 1 日、起床時間に 10 時間以上装着する必要がありました。
加速度計は、80 Hz のサンプリング周波数でデータを収集するように初期化され、1 秒のエポックでダウンロードされ、分析のために 60 秒のエポックでグループ化されました。

生活の質の変化を評価するために、欧州がん研究治療機構の生活の質アンケートのコロンビア語公式スペイン語翻訳を使用しました。
これには、5 つの機能サブスケール、3 つの症状サブスケール、6 つの単一症状、病気に関連する経済的困難の項目、および 2 つの一般的な健康/全体的な QoL サブスケールが組み込まれています。
各項目は、1 (まったくない) から 4 (非常に良い) までの範囲の 4 段階のスケールで報告されました。
機能サブスケールと全体的な健康状態/QoL サブスケールのスコアが高いほど生活の質が高いことを表し、症状サブスケールのスコアが高いことは症状のレベルが高いことを示します。
