상세 설명
이것은 대조군과 중재군으로 구성된 준 실험적 연구입니다.
연구 모집단은 유방암 진단을 받은 18세 이상의 환자로서 치료를 받았고 현재 완화 단계(화학 요법 및 방사선 요법으로 관리를 마친 후 1년 이상)에 있으며 치료에 대한 의학적 금기 사항이 보고되지 않은 환자입니다. 신체 활동(협심증, 급성 심근 경색증, 폐색전증, 동맥성 고혈압 및 조절되지 않는 진성 당뇨병, 중증 림프부종). 통제 그룹은 콜롬비아 국립 암 연구소에서 건강 검진을 받는 환자들이고 개입 그룹은 보고타 의료 서비스 부서에서 치료를 받는 환자들이 될 것입니다. 각 병원 윤리위원회의 서면 승인을 받아야 합니다.
정기적으로 신체 활동 세션에 참여하는 수용 가능성과 주요 동기를 조사하는 탐색적 연구이므로 통제 그룹 30명과 개입 그룹 30명의 샘플이 염두에 두어야 할 필요한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각됩니다. 향후 더 중요한 샘플 크기로 연구를 개발합니다.

My Body는 사회적인지 이론과 자기 결정 이론에 기반한 행동 개입이었습니다.
토론과 문헌의 체계적인 검토를 바탕으로 8주, 주당 3회 룸바 신체 활동 개입을 설계했습니다.
중재의 목표는 모든 참가자의 신체 활동 수준을 점진적으로 증가시켜 상당한 건강상의 이점을 얻는 것이었습니다.
신체 활동 중재의 일환으로 참가자들은 각 수업 중에 강사로부터 신체 활동 참여를 늘리고 유지하기 위해 행동 및 인지적 자기 조절 기술을 활용하는 방법을 배웠습니다.
그러한 기술의 예로는 행동 계획, 대처 계획, 카운터 컨디셔닝, 자기 평가 등이 있습니다.

8주에 기준 참가자의 신체 활동 수준의 변화를 평가하기 위해 참가자는 오른쪽 겨드랑이 중간 라인에서 허리 둘레에 탄성 벨트를 사용하여 기상에서 취침 시간까지 연속 7일 동안 가속도계를 착용했습니다.
착용시간 검증을 위해서는 깨어있는 시간 동안 최소 10시간의 착용시간을 포함하여 주중 최소 4일과 주말 하루가 필요합니다.
가속도계는 80Hz의 샘플링 주파수에서 데이터를 수집하도록 초기화되었으며, 분석을 위해 1초 단위로 다운로드되고 60초 단위로 그룹화되었습니다.

8주에 신체 활동에 대한 기본 참가자의 동기 부여 규정의 변화를 평가하기 위해, 우리는 자기 결정 이론 관련을 평가하는 23개 항목 목록인 운동 설문지-3[BREQ-3]에서 검증된 스페인어 버전의 행동 규정을 사용했습니다. 구조(동기를 무동기에서 높은 수준의 내재적 동기에 이르는 연속체로 개념화함).

삶의 질의 변화를 평가하기 위해 우리는 유럽 암 연구 및 치료 기관의 삶의 질 설문지의 공식 콜롬비아 스페인어 번역을 사용했습니다.
그것은 5개의 기능 하위 척도, 3개의 증상 하위 척도, 6개의 단일 증상, 질병 관련 재정적 어려움에 대한 항목 및 2개 항목의 일반 건강/전체 QoL 하위 척도를 통합합니다.
