本研究の根拠は、発達性失読症 (DD) の患者にエビデンスに基づいた治療法が存在しないことにあります。 このトピックでは、現在の研究では、両側側頭頭頂皮質 (TPC) に対する経頭蓋ランダム ノイズ刺激 (tRNS) および経頭蓋直流電流刺激 (tDCS) の潜在的な影響を調査します。
研究者らは、TPC よりもアクティブな tRNS および tDCS が、DD の小児および青年の読解力を高めるという仮説を立てました。 それどころか、TPC に対する偽 (プラセボ) tRNS および tDCS は、読解力の向上に大きな影響を与えません。 さらに、アクティブおよび偽の両方の tRNS および tDCS は、安全で十分に許容されます。
調査の概要
詳細な説明
研究デザインは、被験者内、無作為化、層別化、二重盲検、プラセボ対照です。
DDの子供と青年のグループが選択され、少なくとも6日間のインターバルセッションで3つの異なる条件にさらされます。1.両側TPCを介したtRNS。 2. 左 TPC 上の陽極 tDCS (右 TPC 上の陰極); 3. 偽の tRNS または tDCS。 刺激中 (本物と偽の両方)、参加者は付随する読書課題を受けます。
