난독증 아동 및 청소년의 읽기 능력 향상을 위한 tDCS와 tRNS의 효능 비교
현재 연구는 발달성 난독증(DD)이 있는 개인에 대한 증거 기반 치료가 없다는 근거입니다. 이 주제에서 현재 연구는 일반적으로 DD를 가진 개인에서 파괴되는 대뇌 영역인 양측 측두엽 피질(TPC)에 대한 경두개 무작위 잡음 자극(tRNS) 및 경두개 직류 자극(tDCS)의 잠재적인 효과를 탐구할 것입니다.
연구자들은 TPC를 통한 활성 tRNS 및 tDCS가 DD가 있는 아동 및 청소년의 읽기 능력을 향상시킬 것이라는 가설을 세웠습니다. 반대로 가짜(위약) tRNS 및 tDCS over TPC는 읽기 능력 향상에 큰 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 또한 활성 및 가짜 tRNS 및 tDCS는 모두 안전하고 내약성이 우수합니다.
연구 개요
상세 설명
연구 설계는 피험자 내, 무작위 계층화, 이중 맹검, 위약 대조입니다.
DD가 있는 어린이 및 청소년 그룹이 선택되고 최소 6일의 간격 세션으로 세 가지 다른 조건에 노출됩니다. 1. 양측 TPC에 대한 tRNS; 2. 왼쪽 TPC 위의 양극 tDCS(오른쪽 TPC 위의 음극); 3. 가짜 tRNS 또는 tDCS. 자극(실제 및 가짜 모두) 중에 참가자는 수반되는 읽기 작업을 수행합니다.
이 프로젝트에서 조사관은 tRNS 및 tDCS를 사용하는 뇌 기반 개입이 DD를 가진 개인의 결과를 개선할 수 있는지 여부를 이해하기 위해 노력할 것입니다.

- 기준선 스크리닝 이전 3개월 이내에 난독증 치료를 받은 경우.
