この研究の目的は、手術後のACL損傷を伴うアスリートの痛み、可動域、強度、持久力に対する緊密なチェーンエクササイズと神経筋トレーニングの影響を決定することです。
被験者は、包含および除外基準に従って登録されます。
患者は2つのグループに分かれ、それぞれ18人の患者がいます。
グループAは神経筋トレーニングを受け、グループBは緊密なチェーンエクササイズを受けます。
参加者は、6週間にわたって治療セッションを受けます。
治療セッションは60分で、ウォームアップと10分の冷却期間があります。
両方のグループのアウトカム測定は、国際的な膝文書委員会の評価フォームによって評価されます。

除外基準:
- 下肢骨折手術または外傷性怪我の病歴
- 神経筋疾患
- 全身性疾患
- 以前の膝の手術の既往がある患者は除外されました

これには、ホットパック、腰部のストレッチ、および人間工学に基づいた姿勢補正が含まれ、6週間にわたって分割されたエクササイズには、それぞれ10回の繰り返しで、しゃがみ、単一の脚のスタンス、バランスリーチリーチとアームエクササイズが含まれます。
