ランダム化されたプラセボ制御設計を利用したこの研究は、包含および除外基準を満たす脳卒中の少なくとも34人の患者で実施される予定です。
この研究に含まれる患者は、足底振動またはプラセボ足底振動介入を受けるためにランダムに割り当てられます。

包含基準:
- 脳卒中以来2か月以上経過しました、
- 24以上のミニメンタル州検査スコア、
- 45歳から75歳の間で、
- 4以上のブランストロームステージを持つ、
- 20秒以上独立して立つ能力
- 必要に応じて、支援デバイスまたは装具を使用して、10メートルの間独立して歩く能力。
除外基準:
- 下肢に重度の変形性関節症の存在、
- 癌または糖尿病性神経障害の存在、
- 前庭障害の存在、
- 下肢の潰瘍または切断の存在、
- 血行動態の不安定性、
- 他の神経障害(多発性硬化症、パーキンソン病など)の存在、
- 過去6週間で急性下肢の傷害を経験したことで、
- 下肢手術の歴史、
- 過去24時間のアルコール消費
- 脳底動脈または小脳を含む後部循環脳卒中

プラセボコンパレーター:プラセボ振動グループ
従来の治療プログラムに加えて、プラセボ足底振動アプリケーションは、プラセボ群の患者の足底地域に適用されます。
アプリケーションの場合、局所振動装置は、動作中に患者の皮膚に触れることなく移動します。
プラセボの足底振動は、3日間にわたって毎日30分間適用されます。

プラセボ群の患者は、3日間にわたって毎日30分間、皮膚に触れることなく、罹患した足底領域で100 Hzの頻度でプラセボ足底振動介入を受けます。

実験的:ローカル振動介入グループ
従来の治療プログラムに加えて、このグループの患者は、100 Hzの頻度を利用して、影響を受ける足底地域で足底振動アプリケーションを受け取ります。
足底振動は、3日間にわたって毎日30分間適用されます。
