Effect van plantaire trillingen op proprioceptie met enkel bij patiënten met een beroerte
Het doel van de studie is om het effect van plantaire trillingen op de enkelproprioceptie van patiënten met een beroerte te onderzoeken.

De studie, met behulp van een gerandomiseerd placebo -gecontroleerd ontwerp, is gepland om te worden uitgevoerd op minimaal 34 patiënten met een beroerte die voldoen aan de inclusie- en uitsluitingscriteria.
Patiënten die in de studie zijn opgenomen, worden willekeurig toegewezen om plantaire trillingen of placebo -plantaire trillingsinterventies te ontvangen.

Deelname Criteria
Onderzoekers zoeken naar mensen die aan een bepaalde beschrijving voldoen, de zogenaamde geschiktheidscriteria. Enkele voorbeelden van deze criteria zijn iemands algemene gezondheidstoestand of eerdere behandelingen.

Inclusiecriteria:
- Twee maanden of langer verstreken sinds de beroerte,
- Een mini-mentale staatsexamenscore van 24 of hoger,
- Tussen 45 en 75 jaar oud zijn,
- Een Brunnstrom -stadium van 4 of hoger hebben,
- Vermogen om 20 seconden of meer onafhankelijk te staan,
- Mogelijkheid om 10 meter onafhankelijk te lopen, indien nodig bij het gebruik van hulpmiddelen of orthesen.
Uitsluitingscriteria:
- De aanwezigheid van ernstige artrose in de onderste extremiteit,
- De aanwezigheid van kanker of diabetische neuropathie,
- De aanwezigheid van vestibulaire aandoening,
- De aanwezigheid van ulceratie of amputatie van de onderste extremiteit,
- Hemodynamische instabiliteit,
- De aanwezigheid van andere neurologische aandoeningen (zoals multiple sclerose, de ziekte van Parkinson),
- De afgelopen zes weken een acuut letsel van de onderste extremiteit hebben meegemaakt,
- Geschiedenis van de operatie van de onderste extremiteit,
- Alcoholgebruik in de afgelopen 24 uur
- Achterste circulatie -slag met de basilar slagader of cerebellum

Placebo-vergelijker: Placebo -trillingsgroep
Naast het conventionele behandelingsprogramma zal de placebo -plantaire trillingsaanvraag worden toegepast op het plantaire gebied van de patiënten in de placebogroep.
Voor de toepassing wordt het lokale trillingsapparaat verplaatst zonder de huid van de patiënt aan te raken terwijl deze operationeel is.
De placebo -plantaire trilling wordt elke dag 30 minuten gedurende 3 opeenvolgende dagen gedurende 30 minuten toegepast.

De patiënten in de placebogroep ontvangen placebo -plantaire trillingsinterventie met een frequentie van 100 Hz op het getroffen plantaire gebied, zonder de huid aan te raken, gedurende 30 minuten elke dag gedurende 3 opeenvolgende dagen.

Experimenteel: Lokale trillingsinterventiegroep
Naast het conventionele behandelingsprogramma krijgen de patiënten in deze groep plantaire trillingsaanvraag op het getroffen plantaire gebied, met behulp van een frequentie van 100 Hz.
De plantaire trilling wordt elke dag 30 minuten gedurende 3 opeenvolgende dagen gedurende 3 minuten toegepast.

De patiënten in de studiegroep krijgen interventie voor plantaire trillingen met een frequentie van 100 Hz op het aangetaste plantaire gebied gedurende 30 minuten per dag gedurende 3 opeenvolgende dagen.

Tijdsspanne: Verander van baseline enkelproprioceptie onmiddellijk en een week na de interventie

Het effect van plantaire trillingen op de proprioceptie van enkel zal worden geëvalueerd met behulp van de Cybex -isokinetische dynamometer.
Het apparaat analyseert het gevoel van passieve gewrichtspositie van de enkel in verschillende posities.
