이론적 근거: 화학 요법에 사용되는 약물은 암세포가 분열하는 것을 막는 다양한 방법을 사용하여 성장을 멈추거나 죽게 합니다. 일부 암은 화학요법 약물에 내성이 생길 수 있습니다. PSC 833과 화학요법을 병용하면 약물에 대한 내성이 줄어들고 암세포를 죽일 수 있습니다. 인터루킨-2는 사람의 백혈구를 자극하여 백혈병 세포를 죽일 수 있습니다.

상세 설명
목적: I. 이전에 치료를 받지 않은 급성 골수성 백혈병 환자에서 에토포사이드, 시타라빈 및 PSC 833(ADEP)과 병용 및 에토포사이드 및 시타라빈(ADE)과 병용 시 다우노루비신의 최대 허용 용량(MTD)을 결정합니다. 60년 미만.
