포함 기준:
- 중증 패혈증 소아 중환자실에 처음 접촉한 후 20시간 이내에 또는 PICU에서 중증 패혈증 진단이 내려진 후 20시간 이내에 등록이 발생할 수 있습니다. 무작위배정은 소아 집중 치료와 처음 접촉한 후 24시간 이내에 또는 PICU에서 이 진단이 내려진 경우 중증 패혈증 진단 후 24시간 이내에 이루어져야 합니다.
- 기계적 환기 필요(피험자는 연구에 참여하기 위해 기계적으로 환기되어야 하지만 시간 제한은 없습니다. 패혈증이 진행 중인 어린이에게 선제적으로 인공호흡을 제공하는 것은 학습 센터에서 일상적인 관행입니다.)
제외 기준:
