전이성 유방암 환자에서 Pixantrone 2회 투여에 대한 무작위 2상 연구
이론적 근거: pixantrone dimaleate와 같은 화학 요법에 사용되는 약물은 종양 세포를 죽이거나 분열을 멈추는 등 종양 세포의 성장을 멈추기 위해 다양한 방식으로 작용합니다. 다양한 방식으로 pixantrone dimaleate를 투여하면 더 많은 종양 세포를 죽일 수 있습니다.
목적: 이 무작위 2상 시험은 pixantrone dimaleate가 HER2 음성 전이성 유방암 환자 치료에 얼마나 잘 작용하는지 연구하고 있습니다.

- 픽산트론을 투여받은 환자의 무진행 생존(PFS) 시간 분포를 설명하기 위해
- 각 용량 수준의 pixantrone을 투여받은 환자의 6개월 무진행생존(PFS) 비율을 평가하기 위해
- pixantrone을 투여받은 환자의 전체 생존 분포를 설명하기 위해
- 전이성 유방암 환자의 치료에서 픽산트론의 부작용 프로필을 평가합니다.
- 연구 요법을 받는 환자의 삶의 질 및 환자가 보고한 증상을 평가하기 위해
개요: 이것은 다기관 연구입니다. 환자는 이전의 독소루비신 치료에 따라 무작위 배정됩니다(예 대 아니오). 환자는 2개의 치료군 중 1개로 무작위 배정됩니다.
- 1군: 환자는 1일차에 1시간 동안 pixantrone dimaleate IV를 투여받습니다. 치료는 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 최대 12개 과정 동안 21일마다 반복됩니다.
- II군: 환자는 1일, 8일 및 15일에 1시간 동안 pixantrone dimaleate IV를 투여받습니다. 치료는 질병 진행 또는 허용할 수 없는 독성이 없는 경우 최대 12개 과정 동안 28일마다 반복됩니다.
일부 환자는 CellSearch System 및 mRNA 분리 분석에 의한 순환 종양 세포 분석을 위해 기준선에서 그리고 연구 기간 동안 주기적으로 혈액 샘플 수집을 받습니다.
환자는 기준선에서 그리고 연구 기간 동안 정기적으로 선형 아날로그 자가 평가(LASA6) 및 환자 보고 결과 버전의 부작용에 대한 일반 용어 기준(PRO-CTCAE)을 사용하여 삶의 질 설문지를 작성합니다.
연구 요법 완료 후 환자는 최대 5년 동안 3-6개월마다 추적 관찰됩니다.

전처리 요구 사항:

- 현재 조사 절차가 수행되거나 조사 요법이 시행되는 다른 임상 연구에서 치료를 받고 있습니다.
