- American College of Rheumatology 지침에 따른 SLE 진단.
- 안정적인 SLE 치료
- 활동성 SLE 질병
- 혈청학적 활성
- 18세 이상
- 하루 7.5mg~40mg 사이의 안정적인 용량의 프레드니손 투여
제외 기준:
- 중증 활동성 혈관염, 활동성 중추신경계 루푸스, 활동성 루푸스 신염, 조절되지 않는 고혈압 또는 조절되지 않는 당뇨병.
- HIV 양성 및/또는 B형 간염 또는 C형 간염 검사 방문 시 양성으로 알려진 경우.
- 간 질환.
- 빈혈, 호중구 감소증 또는 혈소판 감소증.
- 지난 5년 이내의 악성 종양
- 지난 60일 이내에 입원 또는 비경구적 항생제 치료가 필요한 활동성 감염 또는 반복적인 헤르페스 바이러스 감염 병력.
- 활동성 결핵 병력 또는 결핵 감염 병력.
- 지난 18개월 동안 주로 B 세포 경로를 표적으로 하는 분자에 대한 2상 또는 3상 임상 시험의 활성 치료 부문에 참여.
