상세 설명
비만은 여러 건강 상태의 위험을 증가시킵니다. 초기 체중의 5-10%의 체중 감소는 여러 질병의 위험을 감소시킵니다. 이 정도의 체중 감소는 행동 비만 프로그램에서 달성할 수 있습니다. 그러나 초기 체중 감소의 약 33%가 1년 이내에 회복되고 3~5년 이내에는 매우 적은 체중 감소가 유지됩니다. 따라서 장기적인 체중 감량 유지를 개선하는 새로운 전략이 필요합니다. 자가 보고된 포만감과 포만감을 증가시키는 한 가지 식이 전략은 저에너지 밀도(ED) 식이를 섭취하는 것입니다. 저 ED 식단은 소비되는 총 에너지에 비해 상대적으로 더 많은 양의 음식을 허용하며, 이는 저 ED 식사에서 발견되는 향상된 자체 보고 포만감 및 포만감을 위한 제안된 메커니즘입니다. 연구에 따르면 참가자에게 저ED 식사를 제공하는 경우 소비되는 음식의 총 중량은 변하지 않지만 식사 에너지 섭취는 감소합니다. 중요한 것은 낮은 ED 식사를 며칠에 걸쳐 섭취하면 에너지 섭취량 감소가 계속 발생하여 에너지 섭취량 보상 정도가 나타나지 않는다는 것입니다. 식이 발기부전과 체중 감량 유지 사이의 관계에 관한 격차를 해결하기 위해 저 발기부전 처방의 효과와 체중 감량 유지에 대한 제안된 메커니즘을 조사하는 무작위 대조 시험(RCT)을 수행할 것을 제안합니다.

이차 가설은 다음과 같습니다.
ED 감소가 장기적으로 낮은 에너지 섭취를 개선하는 메커니즘(중개자)을 식별하여 다음을 수행합니다.
- Low-ED는 10, 16, 22개월에 에너지 균형보다 EMA 동안 배고픔이 더 낮고 포만감이 더 크다고 자가 보고할 것입니다.

포함 기준:
- 18세에서 70세 사이의 연령
- 27~45kg/m2 사이의 체질량 지수(BMI)
제외 기준:
- 심장 상태, 활동 또는 휴식 기간 동안의 흉통 또는 의식 상실을 신체 활동 준비 설문지에 보고하십시오.
- 관절 문제, 처방약 사용 또는 운동을 제한할 수 있는 기타 건강 상태를 보고하는 개인은 참가를 위해 의사의 서면 동의를 받아야 합니다.
- 멈추지 않고 2블록(1/4마일)을 걸을 수 없다고 보고합니다.
- 주요 정신 질환 또는 기질적 뇌 증후군을 보고합니다.
- 현재 체중 감량 프로그램에 참여 중이거나 체중 감량 또는 식욕 조절 약물을 복용 중이거나 지난 6개월 동안 체중의 > 5% 감량
- 체중 감량을 위해 비만 수술을 받았거나 향후 22개월 이내에 비만 수술을 받을 계획인 경우
- 수사기간 내에 수도권 밖으로 이동하려는 자
- 임신, 수유 중이거나 산후 6개월 미만이거나 조사 중에 임신할 계획이 있는 경우
- 식사 대용식을 섭취할 수 없다고 신고하세요.
체중 감량 유지 단계에 참여하려면 참가자는 4개월의 체중 감량 단계가 끝날 때 기준선 측정치에서 체중의 8% 이상을 감량해야 합니다.

이 상태는 식단의 에너지 밀도를 낮추는 데 중점을 둡니다.
이 처방에는 다른 영양소에 대한 목표가 포함되어 있지 않으므로 에너지 목표가 없습니다.

이 조건은 식품의 ED에만 기초하여 식품 소비 결정을 내리도록 지시될 것입니다.
발기부전 상태의 목표는 1.0kcal/g 이하의 식품(즉, 과일 및 채소, 국물 기반 수프, 무지방 요거트, 일부 콩류, 계란 대체물, 일부 흰살 생선 등)을 최소 10가지 이상 섭취하는 것입니다. 하루에 3.0kcal/g 이상의 음식(예: 크래커, 칩, 쿠키, 단단한 치즈, 핫도그, 샐러드 드레싱 등) 2개 이상.
