가설:
전체 용량 Myfortic®과 결합된 2h 수준(C2)을 사용하여 사이클로스포린을 모니터링할 때 더 일관된 약물 노출 및 낮은 Cmax는 다음과 같은 이유로 신장 이식 수용자의 염증 지표뿐만 아니라 Framingham 위험 점수, MACE 점수를 감소시킵니다.

- 신장 이식 환자는 MPA 파생물, CNI 및 프레드니손을 사용한 면역억제 요법으로 현재 안정화된 외래 환자로 추적되었으며 안정성은 지난 3개월 동안 또는 10% 미만의 혈청 크레아티닌 변화로 정의됩니다.
- 나이 18-74세.
- 이식 후 최소 6개월.
- 지난 12주 이내에 이식 거부가 없었습니다.
- 등록 시 혈청 크레아티닌이 300 umol/L 미만입니다.
- 가임기 여성 환자를 위한 음성 소변 임신 검사.
- 연구에 동의합니다.
- 지난 90일 이내에 다른 중재 임상 시험에 포함되지 않았습니다.
제외 기준:
- 다른 유형의 고형 장기 이식 환자.
- 모든 형태의 약물 남용 또는 주요 정신 장애가 있는 환자.
- 급성 또는 만성 설사, 알려진 장 질환 또는 알려진 위 마비가 있는 환자.
- 지난 6개월 이내에 거부 반응으로 항림프구 치료를 받은 환자.
- 미코페놀산 유도체를 투여받지 않은 환자.
- 1440 mg OD의 최대 Myfortic® 일일 총 용량을 견딜 수 없는 환자.
- 빌리루빈 수치가 정상 범위의 상한치보다 2배 이상 높은 것으로 정의되는 심각한 간 질환이 있는 환자.
- 연구를 방해할 수 있는 불안정한 의학적 상태가 있는 환자.
- HIV, B형 간염 및 C형 간염에 의한 만성 바이러스 감염 환자.
- 지난 4주 동안 병원에 입원해야 하는 급성 질환의 존재.
- 임신.
- 지난 12주 이내에 심근경색, 뇌졸중 또는 TIA와 같은 중대한 심혈관 사건 또는 조절되지 않는 고혈압.
- 지난 한 달 동안 면역억제제의 변화.
