Lusaka Urban 지역에서 현재 승인되고 진행 중인 연구에서 - IeDEA-SA의 HIV/HBV 동시 감염(NCT02060162, clinicaltrials.gov)
- 800명의 연속 HIV 감염 성인이 간 질환의 가능한 원인에 대해 선별 검사를 받았고 12%가 만성 B형 간염 바이러스(HBV) 동시 감염으로 진단되었습니다.
HBV 동시 감염 환자는 간 질환의 증거가 있을 가능성이 더 높았습니다. 그러나 HIV-HBV 환자의 중요한 장기 결과 확인은 연구의 일부가 아닙니다.
