주산기 스트레스가 미숙아 발달에 미치는 영향 (RESILIENCE)
이 프로젝트에서 조사관은 NICU 입원 기간 동안 부모와 함께 미숙아 코호트를 연구하고 2세까지 발달 궤적을 따를 것입니다.
프로젝트의 중요한 첫 번째 과학적 목표는 NICU 입원 중 미숙아에서 쉽고 비침습적으로 얻을 수 있는 객관적인 스트레스 마커를 식별하는 것입니다. 여기에는 조산아를 위한 수면 단계 마커뿐만 아니라 스트레스 관련 심박 변이도(HRV) 및 EEG 성숙도를 측정하는 새로운 기술 개발이 포함됩니다.

프로젝트 목표 및 사회적 과제에 미치는 영향:

조사관은 재태 주령 34주 이전 및/또는 출생 체중이 1500g 미만인 미숙아의 부모에게 접근할 것입니다.
이상적으로는 조산을 위해 산모 집중 치료(MIC)에 입원한 임산부에게 파트너와 함께 연구에 대한 정보를 제공하고 동의를 구해야 합니다. 그러나 많은 조산아에서 산전 포함이 가능하지 않을 것입니다(예: 다른 병원에서의 출산, 양막의 조기 조기 파열,…) . 루벤 대학 병원의 신생아 집중 치료실(NICU)에 입원한 이 하위 그룹의 영아 부모는 출생 후 3일 이내에 이에 대해 알리고 동의를 구해야 합니다.
