미디어 멀티태스킹 및 단서 과식: 주의 네트워크 프레임워크를 사용하여 경로 평가 및 개입 파일럿
소아 비만은 미국에서 중요한 공중 보건 문제입니다.
아동 비만에 기여하는 것으로 알려진 한 가지 요인은 과도한 소비입니다.
중요한 것은 체중 증가와 관련된 과도한 소비가 반드시 배고픔에 의해 유발되는 것은 아니라는 것입니다.
예를 들어, 환경적 음식 신호는 뇌 보상 영역을 자극하고 어린이가 포만감을 먹은 후에도 과식으로 이어집니다.

참가자들은 약식 미디어 멀티태스킹 지수를 사용하여 평소 미디어 멀티태스킹에 대해 보고했습니다.
이 지수는 1) TV 또는 영화 시청, 2) 비디오 게임, 3) 책 또는 잡지 읽기(학교에 배정되지 않음), 4) 숙제 등 4가지 기본 활동 중에 다른 인쇄 및 디지털 미디어와 미디어 멀티태스킹을 수행하는지 묻습니다.
각 활동에 대해 참가자들은 5점 리커트 척도(예: 0=전혀 없음, 1=드물게, 2=가끔, 3=자주, 4=항상)를 사용하여 다른 활동에 참여하여 멀티태스킹을 수행하는 빈도를 보고했습니다.
일반적인 미디어 멀티태스킹 점수는 Likert 응답의 평균을 취하여 계산되었습니다.
점수 범위는 0에서 4까지이며 점수가 높을수록 자신이 보고한 일반적인 미디어 멀티태스킹이 더 높음을 나타냅니다.
