설명
포함 기준:
참가자는 산후 우울증(n=15)의 병력이 있는 건강한 22-45세 여성과 그러한 병력이 없는 여성(n=15)을 포함합니다. 따라서 정보에 입각한 동의를 할 수 있는 참가자만 등록됩니다. 참가자는 연구가 완료되면 보상을 받게 됩니다.
포함 기준. 그룹 1: 주산기 우울증 병력이 있는 여성
- 정신 장애의 진단 통계 매뉴얼 - 출산 6주 이내에 발생하고(SCID 인터뷰에 의해 결정됨) 연구에 등록하기 최소 1년 전에 완화된 제5판(DSM-V) 주요 우울증 삽화의 병력;
- 최소 1년 동안 건강했습니다.
- 최소 3개월 동안의 규칙적인 생리 주기;
- 22-45세;

그룹 2: 건강한 대조군
- 컨트롤은 과거 또는 현재 축 I 진단 또는 월경 관련 기분 장애의 증거가 없어야 한다는 점을 제외하고 위에 지정된 모든 포함 기준을 충족합니다.
DSM-V(SCID)에 대한 구조화된 임상 인터뷰는 연구 참여 전에 모든 여성에게 시행됩니다. 현재 Axis I 정신과 진단을 받은 모든 여성은 이 프로토콜 참여에서 제외됩니다.
제외 기준:
다음 중 하나를 포함하여 중요한 임상적 또는 검사실 이상이 있는 경우 환자는 이 프로토콜에 들어갈 수 없습니다.

- 재발성 조짐 편두통;
- 임신과 관련된 의학적 상태, 예를 들어 임신오조, pretoxemia 및 toxemia, 심부정맥혈전증(DVT) 및 출혈 체질;
- 폐경 전 유방암에 걸린 일촌(직계 가족) 또는 양쪽 유방에 유방암이 있는 여성 또는 폐경 후 유방암에 걸린 가족 구성원이 여러 명(친척 3명 이상)인 여성도 이 프로토콜에 참여하지 않습니다.
Perimenopause에 대한 STRAW(Stages of Reproductive Aging Workshop Criteria)를 충족하는 모든 여성은 참여에서 제외됩니다. 구체적으로, 연구자들은 혈장 여포 자극 호르몬(FSH) 수치가 상승하고(> 14 IU/L) 월경 주기 변동성이 정상 주기 길이와 > 7일인 여성을 제외할 것입니다.
임산부는 참여에서 제외되며(환자는 연구 기간 동안 임신하지 않도록 경고를 받고 장벽 피임법을 사용하도록 조언함), 임신한 여성(비록 호르몬 조작으로 인해 그럴 가능성은 낮지만)은 제외됩니다. 류프로라이드 아세테이트의 사용은 임신 중에 권장되지 않습니다. 치료 전에 임신을 위한 혈청 β-인간 융모막 성선 자극 호르몬(HCG) 검사를 포함한 완전한 신체 검사. 참가자는 정기적으로 격주로 외래 진료소에서 진료를 받게 됩니다. 모든 참가자는 이 연구 동안 임신을 피하기 위해 비호르몬 형태의 피임법(예: 차단 방법)을 사용해야 합니다. 참가자는 또한 두 번의 fMRI 스캔 당일에 소변 독성학 및 임신 검사를 받게 됩니다. 연구 중에 여성이 임신하면 fMRI 스캔을 완료하지 못하고 호르몬 프로토콜이 중단됩니다.
