NOURISH-T+: 건강한 식습관 및 운동 습관 촉진 (NOURISH-T+)
NOURISH-T+: 과체중/비만인 소아암 생존자의 건강한 식습관과 운동 행동을 촉진하는 부모를 대상으로 한 무작위 통제 시험
소아암 생존자는 과도한 체중 증가의 위험이 증가하고 시간이 지남에 따라 이러한 위험이 악화될 가능성이 있는 운동 행동이 감소합니다. 소아암 환자의 80% 이상이 성인이 될 때까지 생존하는 많은 소아암 생존자들은 이 집단의 주요 사망 원인인 심장병과 같은 장기적인 건강 문제를 경험합니다.
이 임상 연구의 목적은 소아암 생존자의 비만 문제를 예방하고 줄이는 데 도움이 되는 기술을 부모/보호자에게 가르치는 것입니다. 이 연구에서 부모는 두 그룹의 부모가 자녀와 자신의 건강을 개선하는 데 유용한 정보를 배울 수 있는 두 개의 웹 기반 그룹 중 하나에 참여할 기회를 가집니다.

상세 설명
이 프로젝트는 클러스터 무작위, 통제, 반복 측정 실험 연구 설계를 사용하며, 부모-자녀 쌍이 증거 정보에 입각한 수동 사회 인지적 부모 개입(NOURISH-T+) 또는 비교 그룹(향상된 일반 관리 그룹 - 브리프)에 할당됩니다. 영양-T+). NOURISH-T+는 건강한 전환을 위한 지원 및 건강을 개선하기 위한 역할 모델링에 대한 우리의 이해에 영양을 공급하는 것을 의미합니다.
과체중 및 비만이 있고 최소 6개월 동안 치료를 받지 않는 소아암 생존자(5-14세)의 부모는 여러 소아 종양 클리닉 사이트에서 모집됩니다. USF(University of South Florida)는 조정 데이터 관리 및 중앙 집중식 연구 및 중재 팀 역할을 하며 소아 종양 클리닉에서 적격 참가자를 모집할 예정입니다.

적격 소아암 생존자는 다음과 같아야 합니다.
- 등록 시 5-14세;
- 최소 6개월 동안 활성 치료 중단;
- 85번째 BMI %ile 이상;
- 클리닉 직원과 USF 연구팀의 도움으로 평가를 완료할 수 있습니다.
- 참여하는 부모와 함께 거주
- 현재 의료 상태에 맞는 PA에 참여할 수 있습니다.
- 등록 6개월 이내에 체중에 영향을 미치는 약물(예: 스테로이드)을 복용하지 않고
- 차도에서 -- 개입 중에 암이 재발한 PCS는 추가 참여에서 제외됩니다.
- 영어 또는 스페인어를 구사해야 합니다.
참여하는 부모는 다음을 수행해야 합니다.
- 생물학적 또는 입양 및/또는 계모 또는 아버지여야 하며 PCS의 영구적인 법적 보호자여야 합니다.
- 18세 이상
- 집에서 주 식사 준비자로 식별
- 영어 또는 스페인어를 구사해야 합니다.
제외 기준:
- 부모는 거동이 불가능하거나 참여하는 자녀와 최소 50%의 시간을 함께 거주하지 않는 경우 자격이 없습니다.
- 현재 임신 중인 여성 부모는 연구에서 제외됩니다.
- 보행이 불가능한 어린이는 참여할 수 없습니다. 또한 국가의 보호를 받는 아동은 연구에서 제외됩니다.
