아나필락시스는 일반 인구에서 0.05~2%의 유병률을 보이는 잠재적으로 치명적인 상태입니다. 따라서 긴급 방문을 자주 하는 이유입니다. 진단은 주로 2006년에 개발된 NIAID/FAAN2 기준을 기반으로 합니다. 상태의 치료는 필요한 경우 근육내(또는 정맥내) 에피네프린 투여와 환자의 혈역학적 지지로 구성됩니다. 다양한 다른 제제가 자주 투여되지만(클래스 I 및 II 항히스타민제, 코르티코스테로이드) 이들의 역할은 에피네프린보다 덜 중요한 것으로 인식됩니다. 반동 반응의 위험을 감소시키는 코르티코스테로이드의 관련성에 대해서도 의문이 제기됩니다.

목적: 2단계의 목적은 전향적 관찰 방식으로 임상 결정 규칙의 적용 가능성과 성능을 테스트하는 것입니다.
