국소 골육종 환자의 치료에 관한 다기관 관찰 연구
AIEOP/이탈리아 육종 그룹(ISG) OS 2021에 따라 치료되는 국소 골육종(OS)에 영향을 받는 환자의 인구통계학적, 임상적, 외과적, 병리학적 및 분자적 특성 및 치료 수집을 목표로 하는 관찰 전향적 시험

상세 설명
골육종은 소아 및 청소년에서 가장 흔한 원발성 악성 골종양으로 희귀 질환으로 간주됩니다.
전체 OS의 발생률은 연간 0.2-3/100,000명이며 연령별 이봉 분포를 가지며 청소년기에 첫 피크를 보입니다.
현재 국소 OS에 대한 치료 전략에는 아드리아마이신(ADM), 시스플라틴(CDP) 및 고용량 메토트렉세이트(HDMTX)의 3가지 제제를 기반으로 한 선행 보조 화학 요법 과정과 원발 종양의 외과적 제거 및 후속 보조 화학 요법 치료가 포함됩니다.
ifosfamide(IFO) 및 etoposide(ETO)를 포함하거나 포함하지 않는 MAP(Methotrexate, Adriamycin, cisPlatin) 요법은 국소 골육종 치료를 위한 "황금 표준"으로 간주됩니다.
질병의 희소성을 감안할 때, 국부 OS AIEOP/ISG OS의 치료에 대한 권장 사항에 따라 AIEOP 및 ISG 센터 네트워크에서 치료한 환자의 진단, 화학 요법 및 외과적 치료 및 결과에 대한 정보를 전향적으로 수집하는 것이 적절하다고 생각됩니다. 2021.
이 연구는 높은 등급의 비전이성 OS의 치료를 목표로 하는 다음 중재적 전향적 프로토콜까지 활성화될 것입니다.

- 사지의 고급 OS 진단
- 진단 당시 연령 ≤ 진단 당시 40세
- 국소 질환(건너뛰기 전이가 허용됨)
- AIEOP/ISG OS 2021 권고에 따른 적절한 장기 기능
- 환자 또는 부모는 연구 참여에 대한 서면 동의서를 제공한 미성년자의 보호자입니다.

- 전이의 존재
- 골막 OS, 방골 OS 또는 이차 OS의 진단
- AIEOP/ISG OS 2021에서 권장하는 치료법을 사용할 수 없는 모든 질병
