수사관들이 사용하고 있는 텍스트 기반 정신 건강 코칭 애플리케이션은 ThoughtFullChat 애플리케이션입니다.
ThoughtFullChat 응용 프로그램은 면허가 있는 정신 건강 전문가가 텍스트를 통해 정신 건강 코칭을 제공합니다.
이 연구의 참가자는 연구 시작 시 DASS-21, 생활 척도에 대한 만족도 및 간략한 회복력 척도로 구성된 일련의 설문지에 답해야 합니다.
참가자는 개입 및 통제 그룹인 두 그룹으로 무작위로 분배됩니다.
개입 그룹의 참가자는 3개월 동안 애플리케이션을 사용하게 됩니다.
개입 후 설문지는 3개월 후 모든 참가자에게 제공됩니다.
이 두 그룹에서 수집된 데이터는 SPSS를 사용하여 분석됩니다.

제외 기준:
- 의대생, 의료관(UD44)
- IMU 캠퍼스의 계약 직원, 아웃소싱 직원 또는 국제 직원
- 동의를 거부하는 학생 및 이미 IMU를 졸업했거나 졸업한 학생
- 영어를 제외한 다른 언어에 능통한 자
- DASS-21 점수에 근거하여 극도로 심한 스트레스, 불안 또는 우울증을 경험하는 경우
