調査員が使用しているテキストベースのメンタルヘルス コーチング アプリケーションは ThoughtFullChat アプリケーションです。
ThoughtFullChatアプリケーションは、資格のあるメンタルヘルス専門家によるテキストを通じてメンタルヘルスのコーチングを提供します。
この研究の参加者は、研究の開始時に、DASS-21、ライフスケールへの満足度、および簡単な回復力スケールで構成される一連のアンケートに回答する必要があります。
参加者は介入グループと対照グループの 2 つのグループにランダムに割り当てられます。
介入グループの参加者は、アプリケーションを 3 か月間使用します。
介入後のアンケートは 3 か月後にすべての参加者に行われます。
これら 2 つのグループから収集されたデータは、SPSS を使用して分析されます。

これは 6 つの項目で構成され、各項目は 1 ~ 5 のスコアを付けられます。項目 1、3、5 は肯定的な表現であり、項目 2、4、6 は否定的な表現です。
Brief Resilience Scaleの合計スコアは6項目の平均値となります。
平均スコアは次のように解釈できます: 1.00 ~ 2.99 (低反発性)。 2.00~4.3(普通反発)、4.31~5.00(高反発)。
