변실금에 대한 경피적 경골신경자극술의 장기적 효능과 부분반응자에 대한 새로운 접근
경피 경골 신경 자극(PTNS)은 보존적 치료에 반응하지 않는 변실금(FI) 환자에게 입증된 단기 및 중기 효능으로 검증된 외래 요법입니다.
따라서 조사관은 3년의 추적 조사로 간주되는 PTNS의 장기 효능을 평가하는 것을 목표로 했습니다. 조사관은 또한 응답의 예측 변수를 식별하고 부분 응답자에 대한 새로운 접근 방식을 제안하는 것을 목표로 했습니다.

상세 설명
PTNS로 치료받은 FI 환자의 전향적 단일 센터 코호트를 분석했습니다.
PTNS 세션은 1단계에서 3개월 동안 매주, 2단계에서 3개월 동안 격주로, 3단계 및 마지막 단계에서 6개월 동안 매월의 3단계로 수행되었습니다.
각 단계 종료 시 임상적 제어 및 추가 추적이 36개월에 수행되었습니다. FI에 대한 Wexner 점수, 대변 절박성, 배변 습관 및 삶의 질을 평가했습니다.
환자는 세 그룹으로 분류되었습니다: Wexner 점수 > 50% 개선이 있을 때 최적 반응자; Wexner 점수의 개선이 25-50%인 경우 부분 응답자; Wexner 점수의 개선이 < 25%인 경우 무응답자.
최적 반응자 및 부분 반응자는 연속적인 단계로 진행되는 반면, 무반응자는 포기한 PTNS 및 기타 치료 옵션이 제공되었습니다.
